GramR’skool isn’t just a project — it is a return to myself. My way of reclaiming the cleverness, the originality, the humor, the artistry that had been sitting quietly inside while life pulled me in other directions. I didn’t “become” the artist I used to be — I am proving that the artist never left. I just finally gave myself a stage again.
And the beautiful part is this: People aren’t just being reintroduced to my cleverness. They’re seeing a version of me that’s sharper, wiser, funnier, more layered, more intentional. The 60s–70s kid with the hyper-curious mind grew into someone who can turn memory into art, humor into commentary, nostalgia into identity.

GramR’skool—my tribute to that legacy—is named for my grandmother, Ruth Reed, our beloved ‘Gram’. It’s a playful spin on “grammar school,” blending her name with the enduring lessons of curiosity, creativity, and clever humor. With a name that honors both family and intellect, GramR’skool is a reminder that learning—and laughing—never go out of style.
